(Sibley)– An investigation into a report of a domestic disturbance this past Friday in Sibley resulted in an arrest.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Dustin Gust of Sibley was charged with assault on persons in certain occupations…intent of injury; assault with intent to inflict serious injury and domestic abuse assault…injury or mental illness…1st offense.
Gust was booked into jail and was released after posting a $500 bond.
In a separate unrelated case, Osceola county authorities say 30-year-old Wesley Hanson of Ocheyedan was arrested following an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred Sunday in that town. Hanson was charged with domestic assault impeding air or blood flow causing bodily injury and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into jail on a $5,000 bond.
