(Milford)– A collision Saturday on Highway 71 in front of Sunshine Foods in Milford sent one person to the hospital.
Milford police say it involved a semi driven by Nathaniel Miller of Beloit, Illinois and a 1997 Ford pickup driven by Steven Johnson of Spencer. Police say Miller was northbound in the outside lane and was attempting to make a right turn into the parking lot at Sunshine Foods. Johnson was also northbound in the inside lane when the two collided.
Johnson sustained minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Lakes Regional Healthcare.
The collision took place around 5:30 pm.
Milford Fire and Rescue assisted on the scene.
