(Graettinger)– A Terril man was injured in a single vehicle crash early Sunday near Graettinger.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says 52-year-old Timothy Ludwig of Terril was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado westbound in the 3800 block of 280th Street when he lost control of the vehicle. The pickup went into the south ditch and stuck an embankment, causing it to go airborne. The vehicle came to rest in the south ditch.
Ludwig was taken to the Palo Alto County Hospital with incapacitating injuries.
The vehicle was totaled.
The crash took place around 1:17 am. Authorities say it remains under investigation and that charges are pending.
