(Windom, Mn.)– A single vehicle crash Tuesday on Highway 86 north of Lakefield sent one person to the hospital.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 49-year-old Jonathan Salzer of Luverne was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Express Van northbound when he lost control of the vehicle on the snow and ice covered road. The van left the road and rolled.
Salzer was taken to the Windom hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Lakefield Police Department, Windom Fire Department and the Windom ambulance assisted on the scene.
The crash took place around 8:20 am.
