(Lakefield, Mn.)– The city of Lakefield has been awarded $24,000 through the USDA Rural Development’s Community Facilities Grant program. The money will go toward the purchase of new turnout gear for the city’s Fire Department.
Funding for the program was made possible through $150 in grants from the Additional Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Act President Trump signed into law in June of 2019.
