(Spirit Lake)– Trial for a Sioux Rapids man accused in a stabbing earlier this year in Milford is being pushed back to early 2021. 29-year-old Darrel Pounds was charged with attempted murder, willful injury and 2nd degree theft. He pled not guilty to the charges in September.
Online court documents now show trial for Pounds is set for January January 12th, 2021.
A 22-year-old Milford man was seriously injured in the incident back in August. Pounds fled the scene a short time later and was taken into custody following a manhunt.
