The Pearson Lakes Art Center will present the 23rd Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival on Thursday evening.
Executive Director Bob Kirschbaum says the audience will be spread out and able to be socially distanced in the Lauridsen Performing Arts Theatre. “We haven’t been inside this year, but with the Manhattan Shorts we feel that the number of people that typically come, we’ll be able to spread you out safely, and it’s really a fun night to come and watch a lot of different short films and then you get a chance to vote on your favorite film. We’ll have your favorite beverages available and some popcorn, so it’ll be a fun night to get out in a safe environment that gets you spread out in a spacious auditorium with quality film equipment, so it should be a fun time for all.”
The showing will begin at 6:30 Thursday evening. Tickets are $15.
