(Alden, Mn.)– An Estherville man escaped injury in a single vehicle crash early this (Monday) morning on Interstate 90 in southeast Minnesota.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 23-year-old Sergio Romero of Estherville was driving a 2007 Ford F-150 eastbound near Alden when the vehicle left the roadway, went into the median, went back across the roadway and rolled in the right ditch.
A passenger in the vehicle, 31-year-old Hector Romero of Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, was taken to a Rochester hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Sergio Romero wasn’t injured.
The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office, Alden Fire, Mayo Ambulance and Mayo One assisted at the scene.
