(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man arrested August 11th on a weapons charge following an investigation by police into a report of a suspicious person in the Center Lake area has pled not guilty.
29-year-old Dylan Hurd was charged with felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a dangerous weapon while intoxicated and public intoxication.
He’s scheduled to go on trial in November.
The written plea was entered September 3rd in Dickinson County District Court.
