Investigation Into A Report Of Suspicious Vehicle Results In Arrests Of Two People On Drug Charges

(Rock Rapids)– Two people from Luverne, Minnesota were arrested on drug charges after authorities investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle in a park in Rock Rapids.

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to Westside Park Tuesday and found two occupants in the vehicle.

25-year-old Cody Balster and 26-year-old Melissa Radley, both of Luverne, Minnesota, were allegedly found to be in possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. Both were charged with possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Balster was also charged with fraudulent practices.

Both were booked into the Lyon county jail.
