(Sheldon)– Sioux county authorities are asking for the public’s help as they investigate an attempted burglary and vandalism at a business near Sheldon.
The Sheriff’s Office says someone entered the Northwest Iowa Landfill Center near Sheldon shortly after 5:00 am Monday and damaged some welding equipment. Authorities say some of the equipment had also been moved to another area of the facility and that the suspect then left.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office.
