(Spencer)– You’ll have another opportunity to indulge in more Clay County Fair Food today (Fri.) and tomorrow (Sat.). Fair General Manager Jeremy Parsons says five vendors will be on the grounds from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm both days for “Fair Food To Go”…
“It’s fair food to go, so that means just come on the fairgrounds and park and you’ll walk up to your favorite concessionaire, grab something to eat, and be on your way.”
Parsons says the first Fair Food Tuesday earlier this week was a huge success…
“Our first one was last Tuesday. Very successful. Many people came out to support Hy-Noon Kiwanis cookie buckets and hot beef sundaes. I think they sold like 600 of each, so it was a busy, busy three hours.”
The events will continue through the end of August.
