(Spirit Lake)– Charges have been filed against a Milford man accused of sexually abusing a teen at a Spirit Lake hotel.
Court documents indicate 49-year-old Eugene Claude Penson, Jr. has been charged with sexual abuse in the 3rd degree and supplying alcohol to a person under the legal age.
The documents say the charges stem from an alleged incident back on July 17th.
Penson has since been released from jail after posting a $10,000 bond.
