July 17, 2020

(Primghar)– A Hartley man was arrested earlier this month on warrants charging him with 3rd degree burglary and unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,500.

42-year-old Christopher Collins was taken into custody July 8th.

The charges are related to a February 10th residential burglary in Hartley. A criminal complaint says Collins is shown on video from a home security system allegedly taking multiple items from the residence.

He’s also accused of using a stolen credit card at a convenience store in Sheldon back on May 13th of this year.
