Collision On Hwy 71 In SW Mn Sends Two People To The Hospital

(Windom, Mn.)– A two vehicle collision Friday on Highway 71 north of Windom sent two people to the hospital.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 28-year-old Anna Zambrano of Alta, Iowa was driving a 2005 Toyota Sienna westbound and 33-year-old Melissa Gravley of Brewster was driving a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix when the two collided. 

Two juvenile passengers in the vehicle driven by Zambrano were taken to the Windom hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 

The collision took place around 1:30 pm near mile marker 41.
