(Johnston)– The Iowa Department of Public Health today (Monday) is reporting an additional 414 new positive cases of COVID-19, for a total number of positive cases to date of 12,373.
Health officials also reported an additional six deaths, bringing the state’s total number of fatalities from COVID-19 so far to 271.
The department says that 5,249 Iowans who tested positive have recovered. A total of 77,792 residents have been tested so far.
