(Spencer)– Minor injuries were reported Friday evening in a fiery crash in Clay county.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 25-year-old Cody Sharrow of Renner, South Dakota was driving a 2008 Ford F350 eastbound in the 2400 block of 330th Street when he lost control of the vehicle . The pickup went into the north ditch where it rolled and caught on fire.
Sharrow and a passenger were able to get out of the vehicle, which became fully engulfed. The Fostoria Fire Department responded to the scene and put out the fire.
Minor injuries were reported but neither Sharrow or his passenger were taken to a hospital.
The pickup was a total loss.
