(Spirit Lake)– Fareway Stores recently announced a $200,000 donation to the Iowa Chamber of Commerce Executives to assist chamber members in the communities served by Fareway.
Locally, the Spirit Lake Chamber of Commerce received $2,000 in gift cards and the Iowa Great Lakes Area Chamber received $1,250 in gift cards. The cards will be distributed to local small businesses and their employees.
Fareway President and CEO Reynolds Cramer says they hope the donation will “help reduce some of the stress our community business partners are facing”.
