Minnesota Dept. Of Health Reporting 159 New Cases Of COVID-19 With 10 Of Those In Nobles County

(St. Paul, Mn.)– The Minnesota Department of Health reported 159 new cases in the state this morning bringing the state’s total to 2,071. 10 of the new cases were reported in Nobles County. The number of deaths statewide has increased by 17 to 111. 73 of Minnesota’s 87 counties have reported positive tests.

Statewide, over 43,000 tests have been completed. Total requiring hospitalization is now at 518, with 223 of those still in the hospital. The number in ICU increased to 106. 1,066 patients in Minnesota no longer need to be isolated.

The Governor is expected to sign an executive order tonight opening up golf courses, boating, fishing and bait shops in Minnesota.
