(Spirit Lake)– Several maintenance projects on Dickinson County’s trails system are still scheduled to be done this spring, in spite of coronavirus and our recent return to old man winter.
Dickinson County Trails Director Erin Reed told the board of supervisors last week the projects are being funded through a federal grant being administered by the Department of Transportation and is considered an essential service. She says some of the work will be done in the city of Spirit Lake…
