(Emmetsburg)– A Peterson man has been sentenced in Palo Alto county on a charge of a probation revocation on an original count of conspiracy to commit intimidation with a dangerous weapon.
20-year-old Konner Mills was sentenced to a term not to exceed 10 years at the Iowa Medical Classification Center at Oakdale. Mills was transported to the facility Monday after the sentence was handed down.
Court documents say the charge stemmed from a shooting that occurred November 16th, 2017 in the 4200 block of 460th Avenue in Palo Alto county.
