Positive Cases Of COVID-19 In Minnesota Is Now At 576 As Of This (Monday) Morning; 23 Cases Have Been Reported In Martin County

(St. Paul)– The Minnesota Department of Health announced this (Monday) morning the total number of positive cases of COVID-19 in the state stood at 576, but they say it is very likely to be higher than that as there are likely additional cases that have not been tested. 

Of the 576 confirmed positive tests, the agency says 260 of those patients no longer need to be isolated. 92 of the confirmed cases have required hospitalization. 24 of those hospitalized are in intensive care units.

There have been 10 deaths related to COVID-19 in Minnesota so far. 

In southern Minnesota, Martin county remains the hot spot with 23 positive cases since the oubreak began while Jackson, Cottonwood and Watonwan counties each have had one confirmed positive case so far.
