Fairmont Woman Taken Into Custody On Multiple Warrants

(Rock Rapids)– A Fairmont woman wanted on multiple warrants was taken into custody last week in Lyon county.

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Rachel Spencer was arrested March 11^th. Authorities say Spencer was wanted on two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, fraudulent practice…5^th degree, providing false identification information, forgery, possession of a controlled substance-marijuana…1^st offense, possession of methamphetamine…1^st offense, and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
