(Heron Lake, Mn.)– Two people are under arrest following execution of a search warrant in Jackson County. Jackson County Deputies executed the warrant around 11:40am last Thursday at a residence in Heron Lake.
Two residents were arrested on drug charges. 31 year-old Ashley Gustafson and 46 year-old Wade Peterson, both of Heron Lake, were arrested for 5th Degree Controlled Substance – Possession.
Both appeared in Court on Friday. Bail was set at $10,000 with conditions or $25,000 without for Gustafson. Petersen was released on Personal Recognizance, but is also being held on another warrant.
