(Sibley)– A traffic stop early this (Thurs.) morning in Osceola county resulted in the arrest of a Worthington man.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy conducted the stop on Highway 9 at Truman Avenue north of Ocheyedan. During the stop, a deputy could smell marijuana.
22-year-old Tristan Yackley admitted he had been smoking marijuana and that there was paraphernalia in his vehicle.
Yackley was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of a controlled substance…1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in the Osceola county jail on a $1,300 bond.
