(Spencer)– Spencer city offices and several departments will have their telephone service disrupted Thursday (2/27) to accomodate the move into the new City Hall.
In addition to City Hall, the outage, beginning around 10:00 am, will also affect the Parks and Street Departments, Library, Wastewater treatment plant, golf course, cemetery and solid waste transfer station.
City officials say the phone outage could last a couple of hours.
