Clay County Traffic Stop Results In Arrest Of Estherville Woman

(Spencer)– A traffic stop early Sunday at the intersection of 290^th Avenue and 340^th Street in Clay county resulted in the arrest of an Estherville woman on drug charges.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says Heather Veney was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1^st offense…methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia, no seatbelt and open container.
