(Emmetsburg)– Two men from Ruthven were arrested on various charges following a traffic stop Saturday in Palo Alto county.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle in the 4300 block of 360th Street for improper passing on the right.
60-year-old Roger Kruse was arrested and charged with driving while suspended, improper passing on the right and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
A passenger, 35-year-old Jonathan Sutherland, was also arrested. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
