Peterson Man Arrested After Deputy Smells Marijuana While Serving Civil Papers

(Spencer)– A Peterson man was arrested Wednesday evening after a sheriff’s deputy smelled marijuana while serving civil papers at the suspect’s residence.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 49-year-old Keith Gentry was booked into jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.
