(Estherville)– The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office has released information into some arrests made back in August.
The first stems from a traffic stop August 18th in the 5200 block of Highway 9 when a deputy pulled over a vehicle that was clocked at 90 mph. Authorities say the driver, 18-year-old Tesla Metzger of Burnsville, Minnesota was found to be in possession of what was alleged to be a controlled substance. Metzger was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…1st offense, and speeding.
In a separate case, the Emmet County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle shortly after 9:30 pm August 23rd for speeding and found what was believed to be marijuana in the vehicle. The driver, 18-year-old Lilmaryjane Hubble of Wilmont, Minnesota was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…1st offense, possession of alcohol under the legal age and possession of drug paraphernalia.
