(Milford)– It’s back to the drawing board for a proposed revision to the city of Milford’s Zoning Ordinance. The council discussed the matter earlier this month and sent it back to the commission. The commission has since met and sent it back to the council for Monday’s meeting. A neighbor of the elementary school spoke out against the proposed change last (Monday) night…
A member of the city’s Board of Adjustment also expressed opposition to the proposed change…
Following some further discussion the council voted four-to-one to once again send the matter back to the Planning and Zoning Commission and start the process all over. Councilman Andy Yungbluth cast the lone no vote, saying the council should have some confidence in a recommendation from an appointed commission.
