(Estherville)– Emmet county authorities say six people were arrested following the execution of a search warrant January 3rd at lot 8 of the Green Acres Trailer Court in Estherville.
The Sheriff’s Office says deputies detected the smell of marijuana as they approached the residence, which was secured. A search warrant was obtained and executed resulted in authorities finding what was believed to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
21-year-old Alex Molacek was charged with possession of a controlled substance (cannabinol) and gatherings where marijuana is used.
23-year-old Trevor Cuthbertson, 19-year-old Connor Strenge, and 24-year-old Dalton Molacek were charged with possession of a controlled substance (cannabinol), gatherings where controlled substances are used and possession of drug paraphernalia.
18-year-old Bennett Loock was charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana, gatherings where controlled substances are used and possession of drug paraphernalia.
23-year-old Bo Crouch was charged with gatherings where controlled substances are used.
Authorities say two 17-year-old juveniles were also taken into custody and later released to their parents.
