(Spirit Lake)– The first baby of 2020 was born earlier this week at Lakes Regional Healthcare.
Octavia Lynn Strong was delivered at 4:15 pm Monday (Jan. 6th) weighing five pounds, 12.9 ounces and 18.5 inches long. The proud parents are Kathleen Weltlin and Josh Strong of Estherville.
Octavia will be welcomed home by sisters Dystany, Paris, Annie and Nevaeh and brothers Michael, Travis and Ryilee.
