Traffic Stop Results In Drug Arrest (3)

(Emmetsburg)– A traffic stop December 23^rd in Palo Alto county resulted in the arrest of a Spencer man on drug charges.

Authorities say a deputy pulled over a vehicle for speeding. A subsequent investigation resulted in 26-year-old Aaron Riessen of Spencer being charged with 3^rd offense possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to affix a drug tax stamp.
