Car/Deer Collision Results In Minor Injuries

(Spencer)– A Larchwood man sustained minor injuries last week when a vehicle he was driving collided with a deer in Clay county.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 19-year-old Spencer LaFrenz of Larchwood was driving a 1999 Pontiac in the 3200 mile of Highway 18 when he collided with a deer.

LaFrenz was checked over on the scene by paramedics for minor injuries.

$6,000 in damage was estimated to the vehicle.
