(Okoboji)– Parks Marina today (Mon.) announced its line up of entertainment for the upcoming 40th annual University of Okoboji Winter Games.
It kicks off Thursday, January 23rd with the the “Local’s Pre Game Party and 8th Annual Battle of the Bartenders at 5:00 pm in the Parks Boat House. Over 20 local businesses will be creating various cocktails with the proceeds going to the charities of their choice. Entertainment will get underway at 6:30 pm with “Good For Gary”. Activities that evening are free and open to the public.
Other Winter Games concerts at Parks Marina include “The Johnny Holm Band” at 8:00 pm Friday, January 24th and “The Fish Heads” and “Sushi Roll” performing at 11:00 am and 4:00 pm, respectively, on Saturday, January 25th. A Bruno Mars Tribute band, “Mars Attax”, will perform at 6:00 pm that same evening and “Hitchville” at 8:00 pm.
