(Spencer)– A traffic stop Saturday afternoon in Clay county resulted in the arrest of a Florida man.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle for speeding in the 4400 block of Highway 71.
Upon making contact with the driver the deputy noticed the smell of marijuana and found some of the substance in the vehicle.
The driver, 30-year-old Horton Sterling of Orlando, Florida, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…2nd offense, and was cited for speeding.
