Women in Agriculture are invited to attend a Holiday Gathering hosted by ISU Extension and Outreach in Clay County on December 4.

Ag Program Coordinator Amy Forette explains.  “This is just a great opportunity for women that have an interest in agriculture to get together to talk to each other and also do some crafting.  We’re planning on making a do it yourself wreath, so this will be a great activity.”

She adds that the event is free however registration is required.  “Preregistration is required by calling our office at 712-262-2264 and we will provide a light meal starting at 5:30 p.m. The event will be at our office, 110 West 4th Street, Suite 100 in Spencer.”

The ISU Extension and Outreach offices in Clay and Dickinson Counties will also host a six week Annie’s Project for Women in Ag starting in January.
