(Emmetsburg)– A suspect allegedly involved in a fight at an Emmetsburg bar is also accused of assaulting a Palo Alto county sheriff’s deputy.
Authorities say it happened around 2:00 am this past Sunday while 25-year-old Nathan Miller was being booked into jail after being arrested for his alleged involvement in a fight at an Emmetsburg bar. They say Miller was being uncooperative while being booked into jail and allegedly assaulted a deputy. Miller was charged with assaulting a law enforcement officer.
