(Spirit Lake)– Congratulations to Spirit Lake High School’s Force Marching Band for their first place finish at the Waseca Marching Classic on September 21st. The Force earned an overall score of 71.2 which is their highest in over 14 years. Additionally, of the twelve bands in attendance The Force placed third overall in the caption area of percussion and fourth overall in visual general effect.
The band will compete again on September 28th in Sioux City.
