(Spencer)– Charges have been filed against an Arizona man in connection with an incident last Friday night in Greenville.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says it received a report of a disturbance that night in Greenville. Upon arriving deputies found 27-year-old Michael Macias of El Mirage, Arizona hiding in a doorway of the Greenville Locker. Macias is accused of breaking a door to the business. Authorities ordered him out of the building and Macias was taken into custody without incident.
He was charged with public intoxication, trespassing and disorderly conduct…all simple misdemeanors.
Macias was booked into the Clay county jail.
