(Ocheyedan)– A theft charge has been filed against the former Ocheyedan City Clerk.
A news release from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old Stacy Terrill of Ocheyedan has been officially charged with theft in the second degree…a class “D” felony.
Terrell is alleged to have had obtained cash advances through the unauthorized use of a credit card belonging to the city of Ocheyedan. The unauthorized advances exceed one thousand dollars but do not exceed 10-thousand dollars in value.
