(Spirit Lake)– Drug-related charges have been filed against a Spirit Lake woman stemming from a traffic stop early Sunday in Spirit Lake.
Police say they pulled over a vehicle shortly after 2:00 a.m. being driven by 19-year-old Kelly Marie Norman of Spirit Lake.
A subsequent search of the vehicle turned up a green leafy substance alleged to be marijuana along with a glass marijuana pipe.
Norman was charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor. She was booked into the Dickinson county jail.
