(Spencer)– A Spencer man is accused of providing alcohol to minors.
Spencer police have charged 21-year-old Tony Steece with providing alcohol to persons underage…a serious misdemeanor. Steece was taken into custody around 10:00 p.m. Thursday and was later released on citation.
Steece is accused of providing alcohol to two underage females on the evening of August 23rd of this year. The females, both age 20, were stopped by Spencer police and cited for underage possession of alcohol. Police say a follow-up to the incident lead to information that alleges Steece had been the supplier.
