(Sibley)– A juvenile has been charged in connection with the theft of a four-wheeler from a farm shop at 5554 180th Street near Sibley.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says the juvenile rode the four-wheeler to the Concrete Products plant in Sibley where deputies found it. The owner was notified, who saw the juvenile riding it when he arrived.
The juvenile was taken into custody and was transported to the Youth Detention Facility in Cherokee.
The juvenile was charged with burglary in the third degree…a felony; criminal mischief in the fifth degree and operating without the owner’s consent.
The alleged incident took place on Thursday of last week.
