The driver, 39-year-old Lori Krug, and three passengers, 50-year-old Sheree Simonson, 25-year-old Brent Weisbrod and 20-year-old Jessica Subject…all of Algona…were charged with possession of precursors, pseudoephedrine.
Weibrod was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and was wanted on an active warrant for violating parole out of Kossuth county.
All four were taken to the Clay county jail. Krug, Simonson and Subject were being held on bond of 9,750-dollars. Weisbrod was held on 10,075-dollars bond but was not allowed release due to the warrant.
A 1999 Ford Mustang Krug was driving was impounded by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and forefeiture proceedings were initiated. 58-dollars in cash was forefeited by Weisbrod.
