Suspicious Activity Report Results In Charges Against Couple

November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– A report of suspicious activity has resulted in drug charges against a Council Bluffs couple.

Spencer police say officers were called to the Wal-Mart parking lot after getting a report of two people in a car snorting some type of substance.

Officers identified the two as 46-year-old Sandra Brady and 24-year-old Wesley Womochil…both of Council Bluffs.

A subsequent search of the vehicle turned up syringes, spoons, mirrors and other items allegedly used for the ingestion of controlled substances.

Brady and Womochil were taken into custody and were transported to the Clay county jail. They were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor. The two were released after posting bond.
