(Spirit Lake)– Dickinson county supervisors Tuesday heard a report from Dan Eckert on a drainage problem in the “old town” area just south of Milford. Many residents in that area have been complaining recently over wet basements…a problem they say hasn’t happened in the past.
County Engineer Dan Eckert presented his findings to the supervisors, saying the cause of the problem has him stumped.
Eckert outlined some recommendations to address the problem and suggested residents in that area petition to form a drainage district.
