(Milford)– A fire Wednesday evening damaged a house in Milford.
Fire Chief Brian Craig says Milford firefighters were called to 907 “K” Avenue around 9:00 p.m. Craig says the kitchen area of the home sustained the brunt of the fire damage, with smoke damage throughout the rest of the structure.
Craig says the fire originated in the kitchen where a pan of oil had been left on a stove. The fire spread quickly from there.
No injuries were reported.
Milford firefighters were on the scene about an hour and-a-half.
