(Arnolds Park)– A historic attraction in Arnolds Park is changing hands, but there’s no word as to who the buyer is.
The Central Emporium has been sold for four and-a-half million dollars to a buyer who wishes to remain anonymous. The sale is listed as a private transaction, and attorneys handling it say non-disclosure statements have been signed.
The Central Emporium was most recently owned by businessman Dick Brown, who purchased it in 1996.
The Central Emporium, a former hotel and ballroom, dates back to the 1920’s.
